Your tracking number will also be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Simply click the tracking number on your tracking email and you'll be directed straight to the carrier website where you'll see your latest update.
HOW TO AMEND DELIVERY PREFERENCES
From the carrier website or App you can opt to change the delivery address, arrange a collection and opt for a 'Safe Location' this is where the delivery will be left if no one is home.

Delivery Time
For U.K. Express & Saturday Delivery, customer orders must be placed before 3pm Monday-Friday only. Express delivery is not available for non U.K. addresses. Customer orders placed after the 3pm cut-off time will be processed on the next working day. If ordering on a Friday and you want your item for Saturday you must order before 3pm and choose the Saturday delivery option at the checkout. Next Working day delivery option does not include Saturdays. Please note that Beauty Works is closed Saturday & Sunday, also closed for U.K. Bank Holidays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of the World are calculated at the time of checkout. All International Delivery Costs are measured at the weight of your parcel, including the territory you want your parcel shipped to. All International prices stated above are the minimum delivery cost. Please ensure you check the delivery quote given for your parcel to be delivered at your selected country in the checkout before placing and completing your order.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days however this can vary due to stock availability. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed, depending on what delivery method you have selected. We use a courier for ‘Next Working Day’ deliveries and it can be delivered up until 6pm that day. If you require your order by a certain time before 6pm then you will need to select from one of our Express Delivery options either before 10.30am or 1pm.
Payl8r Orders
Orders placed using the Payl8r service can take up to 7 days to be processed by Payl8r. Please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us regarding your order. Due to the processing time with Payl8r applications, Beauty Works cannot supply the Express delivery service.
PayPal Orders
Orders placed using the PayPal service could be under review for up to 10 working days, therefore Beauty Works cannot Guarantee the Express delivery on PayPal Services.
Liability
Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. On the rare occasion that delivery is delayed due to our courier service we will not be able to send out any replacement goods until the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit. This can take up to 10 working days.
