How much hair do I need?

We recommend 100g -150g for a full head of hair extensions, however we always suggest booking a complimentary consultation with your local Beauty Works certified hair extension specialist to establish how many grams of hair is required for you personally.

How do I get a colour match?

Our friendly customer service team are always on hand to help provide you with a colour match. If you send over 2-3 pictures of your hair (including the ends and in natural light without flash) our colour match experts will get back to quickly with a colour match. Our customer service team are also available to help on Instagram.

How long does the hair last and how often are the refits?

The lifespan of any hair extensions depends on the aftercare and maintenance. Clip in hair extensions can last up to 12 months with the correct aftercare & maintenance. How often you wear your clip-in hair extensions can also affect the lifespan. The lifespan of our different professional extension methods can vary from 6-12 months, with maintenance appointments every 6-12 weeks depending on the method.

Can the hair be coloured?

Human hair can be coloured, but we do not recommend it as it can affect the quality of the hair, and we won't accept any liability for hair that has been coloured on tinted. We offer a vast colour range with over 40+ colours, so there should be a shade to suit everyone!

Where does the hair comes from?

Beauty Works source raw human hair extensions from all over the world. Beauty Works hair extensions is part of the largest manufacturer of human hair in the world and work with factories both in India and China to manufacture our production line. This allows us to deliver the highest quality hair at the best price possible. Our partner’s source our raw hair from Malaysia, Vietnam, Mongolia, India and China, depending on the product range this is than manufactured to our specifications before it arrives at Beauty Works.

What haircare can I use on the extensions?

We only recommend the Beauty Works aftercare to maintain healthy hair extensions as it has been designed specifically for the maintenance of our hair extensions. Hair extensions do not have a direct supply of nutrients, vitamins or minerals like your own hair. Because of this, they require more maintenance and after care than your own natural hair. Blonde shades will require more maintenance and nourishment than darker shades due to them going through a more rigorous process in order to achieve the blonde tones.

Which shades can I use the Anti-yellow and Anti-orange haircare on?

Our Anti-yellow haircare has been designed to use on blonde hair in order to neutralise yellow and brassy tones. Our anti-orange haircare neutralises orange discolouration and brassiness is brunette hair.
