While both Beauty Works Invisi® Tapes and Celebrity Choice® SlimLine® Tapes are made from premium 100% Remy human hair and provide a lightweight, comfortable finish, the main difference lies in the tape design. Invisi® Tapes are designed with signature root injection technology, where each strand is individually injected into an ultra-fine mesh base to mimic the natural growth of hair from the scalp. This creates a realistic, virtually undetectable finish - making Invisi® Tapes particularly perfect for fine or thinning hair, especially around the hairline or parting. Thanks to the new refined shape, Invisi® Tapes can also be seamlessly sandwiched with SlimLine® Tapes, allowing your stylist to fully customise your look.  

The Beauty Works Express Weft is best described as a weft extension with tape application technology. It combines the fullness and coverage of a traditional weft with the speed and convenience of tape extensions, creating a lightweight, discreet finish. Unlike classic sewn wefts, the Express Weft is secured using adhesive tabs rather than being stitched, making application and removal quicker while still delivering the volume and seamless blend that clients expect from a weft extension.

Both our Beauty Works Invisi® Tapes and Celebrity Choice® Slimline® Tapes are made from 48g of 100% Remy human hair per pack, with each polyurethane (PU) tape tab measuring 4cm wide and weighing approximately 3g.
For Celebrity Choice® Slimline® Tapes, the 14" length contains 20 individual tape pieces, while the 16" to 28" lengths contain 16 individual tape pieces. This variation ensures the hair weight is evenly distributed across each length, maintaining consistent thickness from root to tip.
For Beauty Works Invisi® Tapes, the 16" length contains 22 individual tape pieces, while the 18" to 24" lengths contain 16 individual tape pieces. Although the number of tape pieces varies by length, every pack still contains 48g of premium 100% Remy human hair, providing a balanced application and seamless results across the entire range.

Our Beauty Works Tape Extensions, including both Invisi® Tapes and Celebrity Choice® Slimline® Tapes, contain 48g of 100% Remy human hair per pack. Depending on the length, each pack includes 16, 20 or 22 tape pieces, ensuring the weight is evenly distributed for a natural, balanced finish.
For a full head application, we generally recommend approximately 150g of hair, which is typically 3 packs of Tape Extensions. However, the exact amount required will depend on your natural hair density and your desired finished look. As a guide, we recommend 2 to 3 packs for fine to medium hair, 3 to 4 packs for medium hair, and 4 to 5 packs for thicker hair to achieve the best coverage and blend.

For all of our tape extensions, we recommend using Beauty Works sulfate-free shampoo, to help maintain the quality and longevity of the hair. Although our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, once the hair has been removed from the scalp it no longer receives the natural oils that keep it hydrated and healthy. Using a sulfate-free formula gently cleanses the hair without stripping away essential moisture, helping to replenish hydration and keep the extensions soft, smooth and healthy-looking.
We specifically recommend using Beauty Works haircare products, as our extensions have been extensively tested with these formulas to ensure they deliver the best performance and help maximise the lifespan of the hair. While other shampoos may also be sulfate-free, they have not been tested with our extensions and may contain ingredients that can affect the hair over time. Using the recommended Beauty Works aftercare helps protect your investment, maintain the integrity of the hair and keep your extensions looking as beautiful as the day they were fitted.

Beauty Works Celebrity Choice® Slimline® Tape Extensions are designed to last 9 to 12 months with the correct aftercare. As your natural hair grows, the extensions should be removed, re-taped and reapplied every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain their position and ensure a seamless, comfortable finish. By following the recommended aftercare routine, including using Beauty Works sulfate-free haircare, brushing the extensions regularly  with the correct brush: Large Boar Bristle Brush and avoiding oil-based products near the tape tabs, the hair can be reused at each maintenance appointment, helping to maximise its lifespan and keep the extensions looking beautiful for longer.

Of course! Beauty Works offers three levels of tape tab adhesion to suit different hair types and lifestyles: Soft Hold, Super Hold and Hyper Hold. All Beauty Works Tape Extensions are supplied with our Super Hold tape tabs as standard, providing a secure and reliable hold for most clients. However, if your stylist feels you need a stronger bond, they can replace these with our Hyper Hold tape tabs during application.
Hyper Hold tape tabs are ideal for clients with active lifestyles, frequent gym-goers or those heading on holiday. Increased heat, humidity, perspiration and the natural oils produced by the scalp can soften the adhesive over time, so opting for Hyper Hold provides extra security and helps reduce the risk of the tapes slipping between maintenance appointments.
