Can I place orders over the phone?
- As we are on online retailer, we cannot recieve orders over the telephone and all orders must be placed online, via the website.

- Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel it.
- Our Warehouse Team works quickly to get orders dispatched without delay, and making changes would disrupt this process.
- If you need to add to your order, you will need to place a new order, we do offer free standard delivery with orders over £50.00.
Can I track my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation including your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

DELIVERY
What delivery options do you offer?
- Please see our Shipping page for our delivery options to the UK and Rest of the World.
- For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 4pm Monday-Friday otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day. Please kindly note that next day delivery is not a not guaranteed service.
- Next Working Day does not include Saturday or Sunday.
- Please note: All International Delivery Costs are now measured on the weight of your parcel including the territory you want your parcel shipped to. All international prices stated online is the minimum delivery cost. Please ensure you check the quote given for your parcel to be delivered to your selected country before placing your order.
Will I be charged for customs & import duties?
- If you are an international customer, then you will be charged for customs and import taxes. This will depend on the weight of your parcel and the country the parcel has been shipped to. Beauty Works is not responsible for any customs or import costs.
- We don’t have any control over customers changes levied by governments around the world on the importation of goods.
- Every country has its own specific rates for duties, unfortunately Beauty Works has no control over this.
- Please note: any order that’s declined/refused by the receiver due to a customer charge will only get refunded on the successful return of the item to us and we will refund the full order amount minus any customs charges or return postage fees and the initial postage payment (if any) applied to the shipment that we must pay as a result of you refusing the order.
- Worldwide orders are sent by DHL Express International Tracked and Signed For service. All services require a signature upon delivery, someone should be at the delivery address to receive them.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address has been entered fully and correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address due to strict shipping schedule. Please double check the address you are entering is correct as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If the delivery has been unsuccessful or the order has been refused and is being returned to the sender, we will be in contact with you via email once received to discuss redelivery or a refund. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered until the parcel has arrived back at the Beauty Works warehouse.
My order hasn’t arrived.
- We must allow 10 working days for our couriers to complete an investigation and deem your parcel as lost. Once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost, we can raise a claim. Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until the claim has been approved. Claims can take up to 30 days to be approved.
- With all investigations and claims we process; we must make you aware that we record the claim via Action Fraud UK. With the increase of online fraud, we want to protect our genuine customers as well as monitor the fraudulent claims. Please note this is not in any way an indication that you are fraudulent customer, we want to reassure you that we investigate thoroughly and take these matters seriously. I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?
- We are sorry to hear this, firstly we would advise to double check all the packaging just in case it has become lodge within the inner packaging. If you find an item is missing, please contact us and one of our dedicated agents will get this sorted for you.
- If there are promotions running at the time you purchase, you will enter the promotional code at the checkout stage of your order in the ‘discount code’ box. Please be aware that promotion codes are case sensitive. If you have any problems, please contact us prior to processing your order. Once you place the order, we will not be able to honour the discount.
- There could be several reasons why the promotion code doesn't work. All promotional offers, unless clearly stated exclude the Express Weft, Blending Palette, Maya Jama Collection and all Christmas collections.
Styling tools that are always excluded from promotions, unless stated otherwise, include the AERIS Hairdryer and the AERIS MULTI-STYLER.

- If an item is missing from our website, it could mean we have now discontinued the item, or it is out of stock. - Sure! We would be more than happy to provide you with a colour match. If you could please send over 2-3 pictures of your hair, including the ends to our Colour Match Experts and they will get this information across to you as soon as possible.
- Please ensure the images are taken in natural sunlight without the use of the flash or any filters and advise which type of extensions you are looking for.
- Whilst we endeavour to give the best advice for colour matching we will not be held responsible for any disparity in colour matching. Colour Match Swatches can be purchased on our website for a more accurate match.
- Not all types of hair extensions are suitable for everyone. For professional extensions we recommend a consultation with a professional stylist before purchasing. Click here for our recommended stockists and stylists.
- Beauty Works Extensions are 100% human hair and can last 3-9 months depending on aftercare. Human hair has the cuticles removed which means the lifetime of the hair extensions are shorter compared to Remy hair extensions.
- Remy Human Hair is ideal for clients who want semi-professional hair extensions. Remy hair is specifically processed to ensure that the protective layer of the cuticles remain intact and are facing in the same direction from root to tip. Ensuring natural shine and vitality allowing the hair to behave tangle-free throughout its lifetime.
- The lifespan of any hair extensions depends on the aftercare and maintenance. We only recommend the use of Beauty Works aftercare range on our hair extensions as these products have been exclusively designed for our hair. All professional extensions require regular maintenance. The correct aftercare and maintenance will increase the lifespan of the hair.
- Yes, Beauty Works Remy Human Hair and Human Hair can be heated up to 180 degrees, however any kind of heat can reduce the lifespan of the hair. Always apply the Beauty Works Heat Protection Spray to protect your hair extensions from heat damage and apply the Pearl Nourishing Mask regularly to restore lost moisture.
- Beauty Works offer a range of lengths from 14” to 28” however not all products are available in all lengths. Please refer to the product pages for more information.
- We recommend no longer than 6" past your natural hair length to result in natural looking hair extensions. Please click here to view our hair extension length video to help you decided on what length is right for you.
- This will depend on your natural hair length and type of hair. Beauty Works offer a wide selection of hair extensions to cater for different types of natural hair. We recommend a professional consultation to obtain the right amount. To locate a salon professional near you click here.
- We strongly advise that you use your clip ins for their intended purpose only. We do not recommend removing the clips from the hair extensions and using them as a weft as this is not their intended purpose. Clip ins are designed for occasional wear only and if you do decide to remove the clips and have them applied as a weft this is done solely at your own risk and Beauty Works cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the hair extensions.
- Each pack of hair will never truly have identical characteristics. Due to the characteristics of raw human hair colour can vary from batch to batch.
- The hair extensions are attached to your natural hair and therefore pulling them can result in pulling out your own hair. Start brushing your hair from the bottom and then move slowly to the top. Always hold your hair extensions at the top firmly, before brushing to ensure you are not pulling too much on them.
- Yes. Using a brush or comb with plastic or metal pins will pull at the root of your bonds or tape-ins and tug your hair extensions, resulting in hair loss, thinning or even your extensions falling out.
- Human hair can be coloured, but we do not recommend it. Any colouring of the hair extensions is done entirely at your own risk. Beauty Works will not accept any liability for hair extensions that have been coloured or tinted.
- We only recommend the use of the Beauty Works Anti-Yellow Shampoo, Cool Covers Mask and Brass Banish Mask to remove unwanted tones. Any silver or purple shampoos that have been applied to the hair extensions will also be done at your own risk and we do not accept any liability.
- Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Sulfate Free Shampoo – to be used with the professional ranges, Stick Tip, Nanobond®, Tape and Flat Tip. Sulfates will break down the bond and could affect the integrity of the Micro ring or Keratin securing the hair extensions in place.
- Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Shampoo (contains sulfates) – to be used on Wefts and Clip-in extensions. Wefts and clip ins require the Pearl Nourishing Shampoo containing sulfates in order to illuminate any excess product build up that occurs with these products.
- Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Conditioner - which has been expertly formulated to nourish, repair and de-tangle all hair types.
- Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Mask - specially formulated to nourish deeply and restructure all hair types.
- Beauty Works Heat Protection Spray - to be used during drying, straightening and styling to protect the hair and prevent snapping and damage.

- We have developed a range of aftercare over the years and tried and tested many products to achieve our award-winning aftercare range. We have extended our range to now include products for all common concerns.
- Beauty Works 10-in-1 Miracle Spray is fortified with super oils to give hair the ultimate nourishment and conditioning. Use after washing and to protect hair from UV rays.
- During the summer and in hotter climates our hair is exposed to more UV light which can affect the colour of hair. Too much sun exposure, heat styling or pollution can cause hair to feel and look dry, damaged, and dull. Using the correct shampoo and conditioner will protect the hair.
- Banish brassy hair tones that have been exposed to sun or effected by sun creams, heat, chlorine, and other factors by using the Beauty Works Anti-Yellow Shampoo. Eliminate the build-up of sand, salt, and sun cream by cleansing away environmental aggressors using gentle ingredients that deep cleanse the hair and neutralise unwanted yellow and orange tones.
- Beauty Works 100% vegan Anti-Yellow Shampoo and Brass Banish Mask can be used on bleached, highlighted, balayage and blonde hair. Our special violet pigment neutralizes unwanted yellow tones, while our all-natural and sulfate-free blend of potent ingredients works to nourish the lengths for a healthy and vibrant shine.
- For brunette shades that have turned warm, use the Beauty Works Cool Covers Mask. Specifically designed for brunettes the formula works to neutralise the warmer reflection of copper and red tones, leaving a cooler tone.
- You can use Beauty Works formulas to help restore blonde tone to our extensions. Our 100% Vegan ingredients can be used on hair extensions. Beauty Works Anti-Yellow Shampoo or Beauty Works Brass Banish Mask can neutralise yellow & brassy tones to reduce the appearance of discolouration, whilst giving shine to dull hair. Do not leave on the hair for any more than 2/5 minutes maximum. If leaving on your hair for longer than the advised time, the results can have a purple staining.
- Think of the Beauty Works Clarifying Shampoo as product to cut through product build-up and oils to leave your hair squeaky clean. There are lots of reasons why hair can look sad and lifeless, too much heat styling and even residue from normal shampoos and conditioners, all of which can cling to hair and scalp, making your freshly washed hair seem heavy. Use a clarifying shampoo to cleanse hair monthly if you have normal hair, or weekly if you have greasy hair.
- Just as you would your skin, your hair requires extra protection when on holiday or at the beach. Make sure to tie your hair up beforehand and avoid any direct contact with the swimming pool, sea water, exposure to the sun and sun creams or oils.
- Chlorine – Chlorine content in water will damage hair extensions, causing matting and discolouration, therefore it is advised to avoid underwater swimming or any direct contact with Chlorine. Blonde hair, in particular, can turn pink/orange and such damage cannot be repaired.
- UV rays – UV rays can cause discolouration to your hair extensions and dry them out, therefore we advise wearing a hat in the sun to reduce exposure to strong UV rays.
- Heat – Excessive heat from styling appliances and the heat from the sun and hot climates will change the colour pigment of the hair. This is more apparent in blonde hair and such damage cannot be repaired.
- Cosmetics – Products such as sun creams/oils, perfumes, moisturisers, and other types of cosmetics can affect the colour and condition of your hair extensions. Please avoid your hair extensions when applying such items and even after they have dried avoid contact with them.
- No, we strictly do not test any of our aftercare on animals. All Beauty Works aftercare products are manufactured in Europe where testing cosmetic products and their ingredients on animals was banned across the EU in 2013. The legislation is part of EU Regulation (Cosmetics Regulation). All Beauty Works Aftercare are produced in Italy.
- Within our hair care collection, we have vegan ranges. This means these products are completely free from animal delivered ingredients and are plant-based. Please click here to view our haircare products which are Vegan friendly.
- Yes, certain aftercare bottles can be recycled. We use PE and GREEN PE bottles for selected aftercare products, this is indicated with a symbol on the back of the packaging. PE comes from 50% recycled material. PE Green is made of 96% renewable sources from sustainable plantations.
- Yes, certain lines contain sulfates, sulfates are used in shampoo. The purpose of these sulfates is to create a lathering effect to remove oil and dirt from your hair. Shampoo containing sulfates need to be used with wefts and clip-in applications.
- Clip in hair extensions and ponytails are not professional products and are occasion wear pieces only. You can apply them to your hair yourself and are not designed to be worn every day. If you are looking for something to wear daily, we advise going for something from our Professional range.
- As these products have been designed to wear occasionally, there is no requirement to wash them after every wear. We advise washing them after approximately 10-15 wears or when you feel there is a build up of product on the hair.
- Always use the Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Shampoo with sulfates on your clip in and ponytail hair extensions to ensure any product build up is removed efficiently.
- Always remember to ensure your hair extensions are dry completely after washing. Leaving your hair extensions to dry naturally will cause matting and affect the quality.
- Yes, you can style them. Always remember to use a maximum temperature of 180 degrees on your clip ins and ponytail and always apply Beauty Works Heat Protector or 10-in-1 Miracle spray prior to heat styling.
- Please do not straighten the Beach Wave clip in hair extensions. They have been processed specifically to achieve the beach wave look. Straightening the Beach Wave clip ins will damage them.
- We strongly advise that you use your clip ins for their intended purpose only. We do not recommend removing the clips from the hair extensions and using them as a weft as this is not their intended purpose. Clip ins are designed for occasional wear only and if you do decide to remove the clips and have them applied as a weft this is done solely at your own risk and Beauty Works cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the hair extensions.
- Please do not sleep in our clip in extensions or ponytail. This would be extremely uncomfortable and damage both your own natural hair and the hair extensions. These types of hair extensions have been designed to be removed by yourself easily before you go to sleep.
- We strongly advise against this. These products are part of our Professional range, and we only recommend a trained professional applies and maintains them. Fitting them yourself could cause damage to your own hair and the hair extensions. If you do decide to fit them yourself, this is done entirely at your own risk and Beauty Works cannot be held responsible for the outcome.
- For Stick tips, Nanobond®, Flat tips, and Tape in hair extensions we recommend using the Pearl Nourishing Sulfate Free Shampoo. Using any other shampoo could alter the integrity of the bond or Micro ring.
- Please remember that hair extensions do not have a direct supply of nutrients, vitamins, or minerals like your own hair. Due to this, we recommend washing your professional hair extensions once or twice per week maximum.
- Always remember to ensure your hair extensions are dry completely after washing. Leaving your hair extensions to dry naturally will cause matting and affect the quality.

- Absolutely! However, it is important to prep your hair before going to sleep. After thoroughly brushing your hair to remove any tangles we advise plaiting your hair. This will prevent your hair extensions from moving around too much and matting together. This will also minimise any friction on the mid lengths to the ends of your hair making it easier to brush and style in the morning.

- Our factory partners source hair from regions all over the world which are renowned for women donating healthy, strong, and long hair lengths. Hair is never chemically treated and grows to lengths up to 32”. Most of the human hair used in extensions comes from India and Asia. In Asian communities’ women donate their ponytails for a fair value, the hair is willingly donated and cut at the ponytail, leaving the donor with a bob length hair style. The ponytail bundles are than sorted into length and size and exported to our factories where the production of hair extensions starts.

- Beauty Works hair suppliers are required to abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct. We do not condone any unethical treatment of workers or donors in our supply chain. Included in our “Supplier Code of Conduct” are Labour Standards and Ethical Hair Sourcing provisions. Our Ethical Hair Sourcing policy requires our factories to ensure fair compensation for hair purchases from donors/suppliers and prohibits coercion in the collection of hair. All suppliers have signed agreements to abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct. We confirm compliance through detailed questionnaires, regular factory visits, and Social Compliance Audits conducted by third-party auditors. Because of these standards, we have high confidence that our hair products are ethically sourced and produced.
- You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in their original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. Please click here to start your return.
- Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in their original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted. Please use the returns portal to exchange your item.
- Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system. However, our new returns portal is quick and easy to process exchanges or returns. Please use our returns portal to arrange your return or exchange.

- Refunds can take 14 days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.

What is the best aftercare to use on my extensions?
We only recommend the Beauty Works aftercare to maintain healthy hair extensions. Please remember that hair extensions do not have a direct supply of nutrients, vitamins or minerals like your own hair. Because of this, they require more maintenance and after care than your own natural hair. Blonde shades will require more maintenance than darker shades due to them going through a more rigorous process in order to achieve the blonde tones. As a result of this you will need to apply the Beauty Works Argan Oil Serum and the Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Mask more often with these shades.

Common Concerns
My hair has discoloured
Hair discolouration is not a manufacturing fault and can occur due to numerous factors listed below;
Chlorine - Chlorine content in water will damage hair extensions, causing matting, discolouration and will affect the quality.
UV rays - UV rays can cause discolouration to your hair extensions and dry them out, therefore we advise wearing a hat in the sun to reduce exposure to strong UV rays.
Heat - Excessive heat from styling appliances will change the colour pigment of the hair. The maximum temperature that can be used on hair extensions is 180 degrees, excessive heat and hair exposed to heat appliances can cause extensions to discolour. This is more apparent in blonder hair and such damage cannot be repaired. Our Heat Protection Spray and 10-in-1 Miracle spray, which has built-in heat protector, should always be used prior to applying heat to your hair extensions.
Cosmetics - Products such as sun creams, perfumes, moisturisers, and other types of cosmetics can affect the colour of your hair extensions. Please avoid your hair extensions when applying such items and even after they have dried avoid contact with them.
Hard Water - You may notice that your hair extensions turn dull, dry or the colour fades when you wash them. This is due to the water in certain areas containing a higher level if alkaline (known as hard water). If this is becoming an issue, installing a filtered shower head may be an option to prevent discolouration from hard water.
Iron content - The iron content in the water varies depending on where you live. In certain areas, if you wash your hair extensions in the shower, the iron levels may cause your hair extensions to turn pink or orange in tone (this is more apparent in blonde hair extension). If possible, try to use bottled water to avoid this.
Hot water - Hot water can cause colour to fade. Due to the heat of the water, the cuticles will open, and the colour will drain out of the hair shaft. To prevent this, we advise washing your hair extensions using lukewarm water.

My hair extensions have changed colour in the sun
UV rays, chlorine from the swimming pool water, sea water, sun exposure and even sun cream all have the ability to strip away violet and ash pigments from the hair. Brassiness occurs as your colour begins to fade. The causes are basically any element that has the ability to lift or fade hair colour (UV rays, chlorine, iron water, sun cream and even heated tools over time). As colour fades, an imbalance of colour molecules is left in the hairs cortex and brassy tones will shine through. So, holidays are a very common time in which hair can become brassy much quicker than usual. To correct the discolouration and counter act unwanted tones or orange and pink with specific toners or shampoos designed to clarify the hair and neutralize the tones that may have been stripped out. Our Anti-Yellow Shampoo can restore blonde hair tones and the Brass Banish Mask can restore brunette hair tones. Sun creams and factors can cause hair extensions to change colour when coming into contact with the hair. Just as SPF can stain your clothes exactly the same can happen to your hair extensions, normally turning the hair orange or a pink tone. Essentially this is due to a chemical reaction, when the sun cream is absorbed into the hair and exposed to UV rays it causes the cells to break down which results in the hair turning orange or a pink tone. To avoid this reaction, we advise wearing your hair tied up when using SPF whilst keeping out of harmful rays.
My hair extensions are shedding
If your pre-bonded extensions appear white or cloudy at the bond, something has been applied that’s high in alcohol, oil or sulfate to disintegrate the bond. You will need to have the extensions removed, re-tipped and reapplied. If the bond has been cut, this can cause shedding due to the weight of the bond being altered. Each bond is specifically designed to hold the exact weight of hair and altering the bond can cause shedding of the extensions as it will break down quicker. If the extensions are shedding from a weft, a common perceived fault is the application of excessive heat styling appliances. Check the weft from one end to the other to see if it is in one particular area. If the extensions are breaking mid-length and at thew ends, this can be a result of ‘snapping’.
My hair extensions are snapping
Breaking and snapping can be confused with shedding. Breakage is a common perceived fault and occurs when excessive heat has been applied to the hair. Heat causes damage to the protective outer layer of the hair known as the ‘cuticle’, which is made up of several layers of scales that overlap and protect the main body of the hair, known as the ‘cortex’. Once the cuticle is damaged, the hair will start to break and snap through the mid-lengths and ends and such damage cannot be repaired.
I’ve coloured my hair extensions and they have become dry/damaged
All permeant tints, some semi-permanent tints, bleach, silver shampoos, and permanent wave lotions lift the hair cuticle to penetrate the hair shaft. Once treated in this way the hair has been altered and is therefore not a strong as it was previously. Any hair that has been treated with a colour is at risk to over processing due to the fact the extensions have already been coloured. Beauty Works do not guarantee any hair extensions which have been coloured and once coloured, they cannot be returned.
My hair extensions are knotting
Knotting itself is not a manufacturing fault. Knotting will occur naturally as hair extensions are a raw product and will behave the same as natural hair. Excessive knotting can happen with poor maintenance and incorrect aftercare. If you are not thoroughly rinsing the extensions after washing, product will build up and will make the hair extensions sticky or waxy and feel or look greasy; this is what causes them to knot.
My hair extensions are bunching up
The ‘bunching up’ effect that some hair extension wearers experience is a result of poor porosity. The hair can also look and feel dull and dry, and it expands when washing; this is due generally to damaged and torn cuticles. Poor aftercare, incorrect brushes and excessive heat use are common factors in causing this. The hair will benefit from a deep conditioning treatment to help restore damaged cuticles. Please note: We cannot exchange or refunds any extensions which have been exposed to these elements.
My hair extensions are deadlocking
Dreadlocks do not just suddenly appear; they happen over a period of time due to neglect and poor maintenance. Brushing the hair extensions before shampooing and drying them straight after washing can help prevent this. Get into a night-time routine, taking an extra 5 minutes at night to brush the hair and put it into a braid before sleeping. Regular maintenance appointments should be kept. Depending on application method, extensions should have regular check ups between reapplication appointments.
My hair extensions are matting
Matting is a result of damage to the cuticle. For instance, if the hair has been damaged by heated appliances, the cuticles will become damaged and rub together causing matting. The use of incorrect brushes or not brushing and washing the hair extensions regularly enough can also lead to matting. Beauty Works hair extension brushes are designed to brush over an attachment method (weft, micro-ring and keratin bonds) and avoid snagging on the extensions. Regular brushing will keep the extensions in the best condition and prevent matting. All our aftercare products have been designed specifically to work with hair extensions and we recommend following an aftercare routine 2-3 times a week to ensure the extensions are continually revitalised.
Application
Not everyone is suitable for hair extensions.
We recommend that all hair extensions are applied by a professional extensionist and that a consolation on the chosen method is fully discussed. The hair extension industry is not strictly regulated, and companies can issue certificates to individuals who have little to no experience in the hair industry.
Beauty Works extensionists attend our courses which is governed by HABIA, the industry regulator. All Beauty Works extensionists must have an NVQ level 2 in hairdressing to attend our courses. We recommend selecting a salon or extensionist that is highly qualified in their field.
Applying hair extensions incorrectly can cause damage to your natural hair and damage to your hair extensions, resulting in complications and disappointment.

Hair extensions need regular maintenance appointments, as your own hair will grow by approximately 1.5 inches within three months. We recommend maintenance appointments every 4-6 weeks, dependent upon the application method.
If maintenance appointments are not kept and the above aftercare advice is not followed you can cause damage to your own hair.
Individual extensions methods such as Pre-bonded, Nanobond® and Micro ring extensions will damage natural hair if the extensions are not applied precisely. If the strands are too large, the extensions will start to weigh on the client’s own hair subsequently resulting in the hair to snap at the root.
If the extensions are applied too close to the front of the face, the finer pieces of natural hair will break and snap at the root.
Pre-bonded extensions are mostly suited to clients that have thick, non-oily hair. If pre-bonded extensions are fitted to oily/greasy hair the extensions tend to shed/fall out.
Weft extensions can cause damage to your own hair if they are poorly applied. Extensions that are applied on one row and doubled or even tripled up to create thickness will damage your own hair due to the weight in one specific area. Applying a large amount of hair in one specific area will cause the natural hair and the hair extensions to matt or tangle, this can occur when wefts are applied on top of each other by doubling or tripling the weft. They can not only be bulky, but more importantly hair product will build up causing tangling within this area as the volume of the hair is too thick to brush thoroughly.
Tape extensions are not suitable for any client when shorter than jaw length hair. For tape extensions to blend and look natural, the hair should be at least jaw length. Clients that have an oily scalp or have greasy hair may want to consider an alternative hair extension method as the tape may slip away from the root. All tape extensions should be applied by a fully qualified stylist.
