Yes. If you are returning your order you will need to return the free gift in an unopen, unused condition. If the free gift is not included in the return the value of this item will be deducted from your refund.

You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. Please note the return can take up to 14 days from Beauty Works recieving the return. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Yes exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted. Please contact [email protected] to exchange your item.

For hygiene reasons, we can not accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the packaging or coils. Items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued if this was deemed worn or tampered with.

Yes, Beauty Works does not offer a free returns service. However, you won’t need to pay upfront. A £4.98 returns fee will simply be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

Unfortunately, Beauty Works is unable to resend returns labels, as these are generated directly through our returns portal. However, if you contact the Beauty Works Customer Service team, at [email protected], a member of the team can help provide an alternative option.

Before getting in touch, please check your spam or junk folder, as your returns label email may have been filtered there.

We'll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. *Please allow up to 14 days for the courier to drop your parcel back at our warehouse.

Refunds can take 14 working days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.
