Jack is a renowned celebrity stylist, boasting an impressive client base of influencers such as Molly-Mae, Lottie Tomlinson & Jess Hunt, as well as England Lioness Mary Earps. His career has taken him to some of the most prestigious events worldwide, including Fashion Week and the Cannes Film Festival, as well as travelling the globe for high-profile client and brand styling jobs. Having worked closely with Beauty Works since 2018, Jack has contributed to numerous campaigns and now collaborates with the team on new product development, offering expert insights and contributing his valuable input into upcoming product launches. How long have you been working with Beauty Works and what is your main career highlight?
I would say I've worked with Beauty Works now for around six years. One of the main career highlights with Beauty Works would be when it was my first job with them and I assisted Dom when he was doing Molly's hair. I'd say it's quite a full circle moment now because I've been working with Molly personally for around four to five years now.
Do you have any advice for someone starting out in the hair industry?
My advice for someone starting out in the hair industry, is to firstly navigate what sort of direction you want to go in. Whether that’s salon work/session work, etc. Find something you enjoy and really find your niche within that. Be the best at what you do and never compare your work to others - you should only focus on you and not be bothered by what other people are doing around you.
What do you think makes Beauty Works different from competitors?
Beauty Works is my go -to brand for hair extensions because I just find that there is an unlimited amount of shades and the quality has never let me down.
What do you think 2025 hair trends will be?
I would say the bombshell blowout trend is definitely going to continue in 2025 – this has always been a go to for me and never fails. I also think that short hairstyles are coming back in.
What hair concerns can you solve by using hair extensions on your clients?
The hair concerns you can solve with hair extensions are endless! Whether that’s thinning, adding length or even adding in colour without compromising your natural hair health.
What is your favourite hair extension method?
My favourite extension method is usually slimline tapes, but that being said, it does all depend on what’s best for each client.
What is your favourite Beauty Works hair extension shade?
It’s difficult to say one in particular so I’ll give my top three; Espresso Brown, Molly-Mae, and Brond’mbre.
What do you think is the most underrated Beauty Works extension shade?
I would say the most underrated Beauty Works shade is probably one from the blending palette, like Cacao. It scares a lot of people but it’s perfect for the natural brunettes.
What is your favourite go-to look at the minute?
My favourite go -to look at the minute would be a really undone, relaxed sort of look achieved with a blow -dry, but I do like to use different sized brushes and different size tongs.
What is your favourite Beauty Works product?
My favourite Beauty Works product would probably be Mirror Shine Spray because I find it is really lightweight on the hair and it doesn't leave the hair feeling greasy and it just kicks out so much shine.
