Can I amend my order once it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. Our warehouse team are extremely busy and it may cause problems. If you need to add to your order then you will need to place a new order.
Can I track my order

Can I cancel my order?

We do get products back in stock on a regular basis. Please keep checking the website for stock updates.
I can’t find the correct colour to match my own hair?
If you can’t find the correct match to your hair please email a picture to [email protected] and a member of our Colour Squad will colour match you. Alternatively, you can purchase single colour swatches in both Remy and Synthetic hair if you would prefer to match the colour in real life before making a decision on your purchase.
All our hair extensions are hand coloured. Colour rings are designed as a guide and colours may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural variance in human hair.
Please ensue you check you are happy with your purchase before removing from the packing. Please note for hygiene reasons any hair removed from the packaging or professionally applied can not be returned for a exchange or a refund.
Should you choose a colour that does not suit your hair or you are unhappy with the colour match you can return your purchase and we will happily offer a exchange as long as the hair has not been used or removed from the packaging. Please refer to our return process for further details.

What is the difference between Synthetic Hair, Human Hair and Remy Human Hair?
Beauty Works synthetic hair is manufactured to act and feel like human hair and can even be styled and heated up to 180c in moderation. Recognised as the best quality heat- friendly synthetic fibre, our synthetic hair extensions allow women to change and style the hair as desired. Synthetic hair usually lasts around 8-10 weeks depending on the aftercare.
Beauty Works Human hair is 100% human hair and can last up to 3 months depending on aftercare. Human hair has the cuticles removed which means the life time of the hair extensions are shorter compared to Remy hair extensions. Human Hair extensions are ideal for clients who want hair extensions for a short period of time.
Remy Human Hair
Beauty Works Remy Human Hair is 100% Human Hair. Remy hair is specifically processed to ensure that the protective layer of the cuticles remain intact and are facing in the same direction from root to tip. Ensuring natural shine and vitality allowing the hair to behave tangle-free throughout its lifetime. Remy Human hair can last around 6 – 9 months depending on aftercare. Please note: Styling and Heating all of Beauty Works products can damage the condition of the hair and reduces its life-span.
How long should my extensions last?
Depending on the type of hair will depend on how long your hair extensions will last. The correct aftercare and regular maintenance (if you have professional extensions fitted) will increase the life span of your hair extensions.
Can I heat my hair extensions?
Yes, Beauty Works Remy Human Hair and Human Hair can be heated and styled, however this can reduce the lifespan of the hair extensions. Beauty Works synthetic hair extensions can be heated up to 180c in moderation.

What lengths of hair extensions do you offer?
Beauty Works hair extensions include a wide selection of lengths including 14” up to 24”. However all lengths are not applicable to every product.
What length extensions do you recommend?
We recommend no longer than 6" past your natural hair length to result in natural looking hair extensions.
How many packs do I need?

Can I colour my hair extensions?<
Human hair can be coloured but we do not recommend it, any hair that is coloured will remain at your own risk. Beauty Works will not accept any hair extensions that have been coloured or silver shampooed.
Am I suitable for hair extensions?

Will I be charged for customs & import duties?
Unfortunately, if you are an International customer then you will be charged for customs and import taxes. This will depend on the weight of your parcel and the country the parcel has been shipped to. Beauty Works is not responsible for any customs or import costs.
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
A signature is required when delivering Beauty Works parcels. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made the next day as well as a final third attempt. If the parcel has still not been delivered then it will be returned to the sender.
Some third party delivery companies will leave with a neighbour but it is not guaranteed. If you require this option then please leave a note on your door instructing the delivery driver to do so. Please note if any problems arise from doing this, then this is directly between yourself and the delivery company. Beauty Works will not be responsible for missing parcels if this procedure has been carried out.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange items?
Yes exchanges are accepted. Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original packaging for an exchange to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for an exchange.
Can I return items?
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Unfortunately we do not have a free returns system. Please ensure that all returns are sent recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage receipt.
How do I return an item?
We’re sorry if you feel the need to return an item, but if for whatever reason then it is simple and easy!
Secure the products back in the box and attach the returns address on the front (covering your delivery address) and then take to your local Post Office who will then deliver the parcel back to us. We recommend sending your parcel Recorded Delivery in case there are any issues! And don’t forget to get proof of postage!

I have lost the returns label, can I get another copy?
Unfortunately we do not provide spare return labels. If you email our Customer Service team at [email protected] one of our Customer Service agents will be able to provide you with the returns address.
How long does a return take to process?
Usually a return takes around 5 working days. If you have still not received a refund please allow a total of 7 working days before contacting our Customer Service team at [email protected] If your are returning faulty hair then please wait at least 2 weeks before contacting our Customer Service team as the hair will need to be sent away for testing.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
Unfortunately, the delivery charge will not be refunded as this service has been obtained.
If I exchange an item, do I have to pay for delivery again?
There’s no need to worry about paying delivery again if you’re exchanging items, we’ve got it covered.
