What's the salon backstory and how was it founded?
Daniel Lewis was founded in 2020 just as the COVID lockdowns started. It was a challenge starting a new business in this time, but they managed to pull through thanks to their loyal clientele. Dan previously managed another brilliant salon in Leicester where he learnt all his managing skills before successfully starting up Daniel Lewis. Kevin used to run another business completely different to hairdressing and beauty, so this was a whole new world to him, but he mainly runs all the bits and bobs that go on behind the scenes and sometimes reception as he loves meeting all the clients.
Why does Daniel Lewis use Beauty Works extensions?
We use Beauty Works hair extensions because they are without a doubt, the best hair extensions on the market today. We have tried alternative brands and we have seen the difference in quality. Also, the customer service is second to none.
What is the key service that you offer?
Our key hair extension services are Tape Extensions, Weft Extensions and Nano Extensions. We also offer colour, cuts and blowdrys.
What's your advice for anyone thinking of getting extensions?
My advice for anyone thinking of getting extensions would be to think about the upkeep first and to understand that hair extensions are a commitment, so if a client is willing to put the effort in to look after their hair, then they will last for a very long time and the client will get the best out of them.
